"The Irregular Way: A consent-led guide to personal and global liberation"

Irregular Jenn's BOOK IS COMING SOON...

Jenn Wilson's new book explores what life looks and feels like when you stop trying to 'fit in' with a 'normal' that feels harmful... and you start showing up as your extraordinary self... What does it take for everyday rebels to start shaping a kinder, fairer, safer world?

Can the choices and actions of just one person make a meaningful difference in the world?

When you stop following the life path the world expects of you, how do you find your way?

If you challenge the rules that most people live by, how can you be sure your approach is ethical?

Jenn draws on their own experiences of living, loving and working with weirdos, rebels, change-makers, and people who are shaping new worlds without even realising it.

The Irregular Way brings you Jenn's stories, theories, ideas and practices, including:

  • How to choose what's authentic for you and live by your values

  • Jenn's signature framework 'The Consent Compass'

  • Stories of rebellion, rupture, connection and repair

  • The serious, the silly, the sad and the laugh-out-loud absurd

Hi I am Jenn and I am irregular...

I'm not 'normal' and I never was. I spent decades feeling like I didn't 'fit in', wondering if there was something wrong with me. I wanted to make a meaningful, positive impact in the world, but I didn't think someone like me really could.

When I stopped trying so hard to succeed in the ways I thought I should, I began understanding who I really am and opening up new possibilities.

I used to think that doing what I wanted was selfish. Now I know that making the world around me a better place, means liberating myself too.

It took time and practice to challenge was expected of me, to set boundaries, and stop people pleasing and over-giving. Becoming shamelessly myself and finding my own irregular way, allowed me to start making the difference only I can make. The book shares what I learned (and unlearned) along the way to inspire and support others on their journey.

"The thing about learning to say, and hear "No" is it makes your "Yes" WAY more yessy."
