Hi I am Jenn and I am irregular...
I spent decades feeling like I didn't 'fit in', wondering if there was something wrong with me and wanting to make an impact and a REAL difference in the world.
It wasn't until I stopped trying so hard that I began to really get to know myself and believe in my self worth. I started doing more of what I wanted, what was authentic and meaningful for me. Making an effort to step away from what was expected of me, stop people pleasing and quieten my inner critic meant I could start becoming shamelessly my self - and start inspiring and supporting others to do the same.
Jenn Wilson (Irregular Jenn) is the founder of The International Day of Consent: multi-skilled and busy-brained, Jenn delivers training, writing, activist campaigns, therapeutic support and performing arts. They live in Yorkshire, UK with their youngest child and a menagerie of rescue animals. Jenn doesn't like labels... but is sometimes identified as neurodivergent, female, queer/ genderqueer, a parent, a home educator, tall, or otherwise irregular.
"The thing about learning to say, and hear "No" is it makes your "Yes" WAY more yessy."
