The Irregular Membership is your brave, consent-led space to unlearn the harmful “shoulds” of business, life, and social change.
It's your invitation to explore a gentler, more liberating way of being in the world and shaping meaningful change.
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about being present; accountable; creative; curious... and a little bit 'irregular'.
Together, we can build something kinder, fairer, safer and more joyful for everyone.
You believe in "being the change you want to see" and you want to make a meaningful impact...
But right now, it's hard to see how can any of us can balance building a life we love and shaping a world we need.
The Irregular Membership is designed to feel like a deep breath, the calm to your overwhelm.
This is thoughtful, paced, values-led learning that makes a difference in how you show up every day.
What you'll get from being part of it is:
Practical tools for ethical business, boundaries, and community care
More clarity, confidence, and calm in your decision-making
A felt sense of belonging and alignment
The knowledge that you're not doing this alone
The way we’ve been taught to work, relate, and show up in the world often challenges our values or energy.
We can end up feeling guilty for our joy.
You want to break with convention, question the standards, do things differently.. and when you try, you find yourself getting lost or feeling alone.
It's time to find your people.
Your support network. Your community.
You want cheerleaders in your corner for your personal rebellion.
This is what you'll find inside
The Irregular Membership...

A coach, creative, entrepreneur or community-builder who wants to make meaning as well as money and sales without selling out
Full of ideas and possibilities, hungry to make an impact, and fuzzy when it comes to focus, consistency or momentum
Neurodivergent, disabled, queer, or otherwise not 'normal' (whatever that means) and navigating the pressure to show up as 'professional'
A rebel-in-waiting, a quiet disruptor, a compassionate troublemaker, a heart-led instigator... an irregular human
If you’ve been craving a space where you don't have to try to "fit in"
or play by someone else's rules...
A community where your personal rebellion can connect as part of
a collective force for good...
Somewhere your uniqueness is celebrated and you feel like you belong...
... this is it.

What is The Irregular Membership?
An online community and resource hub for doing life, work and change on your own terms — with consent, courage and care.
Who’s it for?
Purpose-driven humans who want to live and work differently.
Is it for business owners too?
Absolutely. If you’re running (or dreaming of) an ethical, values-led business, you’re in the right place. There's support here for commercial and social enterprises, online businesses and sole traders/self-employed folks too - whatever scale or stage you're at.
Do I need a business already?
Nope. Come as you are — curious, rebellious, figuring it out.
Is it just for entrepreneurs and business people?
No — it’s for anyone interested in building a more consent-led, rebellious life, not just a business.
What do I get?
Monthly live online webinars and workshops, group calls, resources and a wonderful, like-minded community.
I'm not based in the UK - what time are the live calls?
Most of the sessions will be in UK afternoon or evening times, because we know some of our community are based in the EST or PST timezones. We will keep this in review as the membership grows and try to offer sessions on a variety of days and times.
What if I can’t make live calls?
Replays are provided for all masterclasses - plus there's email, text and voicenote support, and most resources are self-paced. You won't 'fall behind' (we don't do that here).
How much does it cost?
This is a new membership, with a Trailblazer rate of £19 per month.
We will be raising the price - this rate is locked in for members joining in our first months.
*We don't want price to be a barrier to being part of our community, so if this is financially inaccessible, we have a limited number of spaces left at our founder member rate of just £13. Just email Jenn [email protected] for a discount code - no questions asked.
We also encourage anyone who can afford it to pay the higher, standard rate - this is listed at the checkout as a Pay It Forward rate of £25 and supports accessible rates for those that need them.
You may switch rates if your income changes, and the rate you start at is locked in as the maximum you'll be required to pay if you stay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No complicated contracts and no drama. The membership terms and conditions are HERE***
Is it accessible and neurodivergent-friendly?
Yes — flexible, low-pressure, clear. Jenn is neurodivergent and trauma-informed too.
Meetings are held on Zoom video calls. Most sessions are 60-90 minutes. You can activate closed captions on Zoom. All recorded resources have captions and/or transcripts. We encourage visual descriptions of participants and speakers. We also offer notes and guides as well as video-based resources, where possible.
If you highlight a specific access need, we will always do our best to meet it. We try hard to make everything as accessible as possible. We're constantly learning and improving.
What about inclusivity?
This membership and all our spaces welcome people of all genders, backgrounds, ethnicities, faiths, ages, body shapes, and uniquenesses of all kinds. We lead with our values and expect the same of everyone here.
We don't think any space can guarantee it is 'inclusive' or 'safe' for everyone - but we work hard to make our spaces as inclusive and safe as possible.
You can read more about the values and purpose of Irregular and the ways we walk our talk on the Irregular Code page HERE
Will this help me earn money?
Probably — we teach ethical, consent-led ways to build sustainable income.
We don't make meaningless promises.
Can I join later?
Yes, but when we open the doors again, we can't guarantee the Trailblazer price/discounts will be available - doors close at midnight UK-time on 20th July.
We open doors for a week at a time so that we can support new members with technical access and welcome them properly into the community.
Please email [email protected] if you still have questions before joining.
